When Biochemistry, Immunity, and Infections II was first introduced online in 2022, I assumed it was unlikely to be a popular course; as the contents were quite challenging, there were seven excellent students enrolled. During the second face-to-face offering in 2023, there were seven excellent students as expected. For the third offering in 2024 held on 23 and 30 December, to my surprise, there were 25 motivated students joining us; in other words, there was 357% increase in class size!? It appeared that many of the students in Hong Kong have gradually realized their interest and they become motivated to explore their dreams in the future. If immunology or microbiology is your dream, please try your best to pursuit!
