It has been almost six years since I first offered Applied Biochemistry I in 2017. In fact, Applied Biochemistry was my first Program for the Gifted and Talented course. This summer, the course was held on 29 July and 5 August with 23 outstanding students. No matter it was rainy or extremely hot, they remained to be so enthusiastic in learning. The weather and natural environment was a part of the student life on campus in CUHK.
