I noted that CUSA1023 and CUSA1033 were on great demand last year; therefore, the number of seats of the two courses was increased as far as I could. Gratefully, 11 outstanding students successfully completed the 4-hour short practical course (CUSA1033 Great Discoveries in Biomedical Sciences Practical Two) dated on 31 August; when compared with the class (7 students) last year, I managed to make a 57% increase. I will continue to monitor the demand of CUSA1033 in 2025, hopefully, the unnecessary competition among students for course enrollment could be minimized.
