This year (2017/18), I have the pleasure to offer two winter courses titled ‘Biochemistry and Diseases I & II’ based on the feedbacks from the alumni of my other courses. The first course was held on 23 and 30 December, which were so close to the Christmas and the New Year.
I am glad that many students are interested in Biochemistry; although Biochemistry is often related to medicine, Biochemistry can also be applicable in other areas, such as engineering, which is the essential element of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Students can try STEM and build up some solid foundation of STEM to get equipped for the future.
