After the Industrial Mentorship Programme 2022-2023 of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies (CUSCS), I have another opportunity to join the GPS Career Development Facilitation Scheme and serve as a career development facilitator for students from the Chung Chi College. Personally, I enjoy this service to facilitate my student to gain some awareness of themselves, especially, their growth and career development.
