Dated back to the first offering of CUSA1013/2013 Great Discovery of Biochemical Sciences in 2012, hand washing has been an important in-class activity for the students to practise. It is based on the belief that some useful knowledge and skills should be incorporated in the course for our students to apply. However simple it might appear, the skills of proper hand washing can effectively remove disease-causing pathogens residing in our hands.
