I have the pleasure to offer the course ‘Biochemistry and Diseases I‘ for the second time since 2017/18. In the second offering, there were nine gifted students studying something related to the diseases of the liver, blood, and heart together.

This is also a special and memorable moment for me at the beginning of 2020, after the class call-off on 13 November 2019: classes in the university resumed as planned on 6 January and the two classes of ‘Biochemistry and Diseases I’ on 11 and 18 January were also completed smoothly as scheduled before the Chinese New Year!

I hope 2020 will be a great year for everyone in Hong Kong and in the world~
